Shipping Information


Perfume Addicts Store ships within the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak only.

Our standard shipping charges is only as low as RM7 nationwide.


Estimated delivery time

For an Estimate of how long your package will take to arrive please take into consideration the following factors:

  • Your order should arrive within a week or 3 weeks after we have confirmed your payment with bank transfer payment or credit card payment.
  • Orders only go out from (Thursday and Monday)
  • Currently we only offer Standard shipping.

Returns Information

Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 7 days from the date you received the perfumes. The perfumes must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, with original price tag, and be accompanied by the invoice. Items broken, used etc are not refundable.


Important Note:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We will be responsible for the return shipping
  • Please make sure you include your name, address and order number in return form.
  • Allow 14 days for refund credit to be posted
  • We will not accept unauthorized returns (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS), all unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee on refunds (if applicable you will be notified)
  • Items returned after the allocated return time will not be processed and returned to sender
  • Your refund or exchange will be processed after our returns department inspects and approves the item(s)
  • We only accept if you send your return back via poslaju courier service to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping. Email the tracking no. to syarafina266@gmail.com for us to track the shipment online.
  • Keep in mind it may take 7-14 days for credit to appear in your credit card once it has been posted by our third party payment gateway.

Instructions on returning products

  • Contact our customer service at syarafina266@gmail.com to receive authorization.
  • Indicate the reason for the return in email.
  • If approved, an email will be sent to you with a return form.
  • Fill out return form and make sure it is included in return you are sending back, this will help in expediting your return.
  • If item is being exchanged please include a print out or indicate which item you would like to exchange it for.
  • If there is a balance due to price difference, you will be billed and your exchange will only go out after payment has been received.
  • If there is a credit left due to your exchange you will be sent a cheque for amount remaining within 2 weeks of processing. Cheque may be sent along with your exchanged item by request.
  • There may be an additional shipping charge for exchanged items. You will be notified first.
  • Please make sure you include your name, address and order number in return form.
